Burnley Colour Dash 2017
Adpak was proud to sponsor the Burnley Colour Dash 2017, a Pendleside Hospice fundraising event, on Sunday 10th September, alongside the principal sponsor, Boohoo.
Our sales office manager, Amanda Jenkins, participated in the run with her daughter, and you can see some of their photos from the day above. Pendleside Hospice also took some fantastic photos on the day which you can see on their Facebook page.
The colour dash gave participants the opportunity to run, walk or jog a 5km route around Thompson Park and Bank Hall, whilst being covered in powdered paint throughout the course! It’s a unique take on more traditional sponsored runs, adding a colourful element and creating fantastic photo opportunities.
Pendleside Hospice is a care and support charity that focuses on helping and enhancing the quality of life for people with terminal or restrictive illnesses, whilst also providing assistance to carers and family too. The charity has a range of different services from hospice at home, to drop-in clinics, and an inpatient unit.
